Membership General Meeting – 1:30 pm, March 18, 2012 at United Church of Schellsburg

Cemetery Tour - Follow the back roads around Schellsburg with Joyce Herncane and explore some long-forgotten cemeteries. (TBA)

Ghost Tour – Stories only previously whispered will now be shared at a walking tour of the town of Schellsburg. Learn about a ghost-mother who continues to morn the loss of her child, the ghost lady who makes her ghost servant behave, and the ghost child who plays in the attic. (TBA)

Memorial Day Celebration – Join with the Schellsburg VFW and SOLCH at the Old Log Church for a ceremony to honor our military.

Decorate the Town Christmas Tree – Join Santa and help decorate the tree near the corner of Pitt and Market Streets on the last Saturday in November.

Historical Marker Placement – Celebrating A. B. Ross, the nation’s first county agent for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. (TBA)

Christmas Home Tour 2012 – Open House at several Schellsburg homes, Saturday and Sunday, December 8 – 9, 1 pm to 4 pm, cost $8.00

Christmas Eve at the Old Log Church – Evening service (11:30 pm), everyone welcome!
